At TKO We Knock Sense Into Fitness

Let's face it; fitness is important. We offer proven workouts that combine strength training and sustained cardiovascular activity through safe and effective weight and resistance training. TKO also offers a common sense weight management program which will end the need for perpetual dieting. TKO gives you the support you need to reach your goals. 

PROGRAMS

BOXING & KICKBOXING - Cardio workout utilizing the skills needed for kickboxing, using boxing gloves and taking it all out on the bag.
SICK MUSIC, TO BOOT!!!

ABS & LEGS - Combines pilates and resistance training without THE SILENCE AND BOREDOM!!

CYCLING - Use your spin bike BUT "gear" yourself to the REALITIES OF RIDING THE ROAD!

FORZA - Learn to use a Samurai sword with the "focus" of a warrior in an extreme workout that will lead to a sick upper body!!!

TKO CUT - Step up the 80s sculpt with light weights but tons of reps. Sweat off the fat so we can see your muscles!!!

POWER TONE - 30 minutes - one band - one intense workout - ABS, TOO!!!
